You will find a screenshot of the most important windows and dialogs. Popup WindowOnce you have started Poppy, you will see an icon in the taskbar. When Poppy detects that mail is available on any of the configured POP3 servers, it will let you know by changing the icon. Optionally, Poppy can display a popup window. Click here to see a screenshot. Popup MenuPoppy for Windows can display a popup menu when you click on the icon with the right mouse button. When you do, you will see the following menu appear that will allow you to activate the functions of Poppy. Click here to see a screenshot. Headers DialogPoppy for Windows will retrieve the e-mail headers whenever it checks the POP3 servers for e-mail messages. You can use the ‘View Headers’ item from the Popup Menu to view these e-mail headers. Click here to see a screenshot. Options DialogWhen you select the 'Options' menu item from the popup menu, Poppy will display the Options dialog that will allow you to configure Poppy to your needs.
Click here for the Accounts tab. Accounts DialogThe Accounts tab of the Options dialog is used to specify which POP3 servers should be checked by Poppy for Windows. You can add new accounts, modify existing account or delete an account. The dialog that will be displayed when you either press the Add or Modify buttons will look like this.
